Swinging Bridge Auctions offers a Complete Auction Service as well as Estate Liquidation, including the property if you choose. Swinging Bridge Auctions will offer advise on the best way to eliminate the contents of the estate and leave the property broom swept. Many times if circumstances allow, Swinging Bridge Auctions will perform either an on site Auction, or Estate Sale, or remove items from the property to sell at our Auction Gallery. We are now also offering the option of selling good, quality items, for sale retail in our Gallery. We make every effort to provide our client with the best options to liquidate property contents. We market the items on line and in very marketable Antiques Advertising Newspapers. We are always searching for good quality Antiques, Art, Jewelry, early photography, coins and collectables, old post cards, antique books, Sterling Silver, historical items, folk art, etc.. Please never start the cleaning yourself and throwing away of items before you have received professional advice. We offer a sliding scale for our commission depending on content and value of items for consignment.
